FANS AND BLOWERS:
While discussing Compressors, it would only be appropriate to briefly cover fans and blowers.
Though essentially belonging to the same family of machines, fans and blowers generally differentiate from compressors in their nomenclature. This is most likely due to the fact that the pressure development is marginal and does not affect much of volume reduction.
